This training combines theoretical learning and hands-on practical skills to ensure participants can confidently identify and inspect height safety equipment, including harnesses, lanyards, and fall protection systems. The course focuses on best practices for equipment inspection, understanding wear and tear, and maintaining equipment to keep it in safe, operational condition, reducing the risk of failure while working at height.

  • Types of Height Safety Equipment: Learn about various height safety equipment used in the workplace, such as fall arrest harnesses, lanyards, lifelines, and anchorage points.
  • Equipment Components: Understand the components of height safety equipment, including harnesses, D-rings, buckles, shock-absorbing lanyards, and anchorage systems.
  • Selecting the Right Equipment: Gain knowledge of how to choose the correct height safety equipment for specific tasks and working environments.


Inspection of Height Safety Equipment
